How Post.Social works
Create the post once, upload the media once and choose where it should appear. Keep the same version everywhere or adjust the text for a particular network, then publish now or schedule it—all from one clear workflow.

Start organized
Post.Social calls this a Project. It is simply the place where one brand, business or website keeps its connected accounts, posts, schedule and history together.
If you manage only one brand, one Project may be all you ever need.
If you manage several unrelated brands or websites, separate Projects prevent the wrong account, timezone or post from being selected by accident.
Connect your accounts
Connect all the social accounts, Telegram channels and WordPress websites you publish to. They stay ready in Post.Social, so you do not have to open and sign in to every app whenever you have something new to share.
Premium Networks
Choose the network, continue to its authorization screen and select the profile, Page or channel you want to add.
Standard Networks
Post.Social explains what is needed for Bluesky, Telegram, VK or WordPress and checks the connection before you use it.
Plans are based on successful publications, not the number of connected accounts.

The main post is the starting version for every account you select. Instead of recreating the same content in a browser full of tabs or ten different apps, you prepare it once in one editor.
Your uploads remain attached to the draft, so a validation correction does not mean uploading the files again.
Optional AI assistance
The AI assistant works inside the post editor. It can help you start from a short brief, create account-specific versions or rewrite long text for X and Bluesky.
You always see the proposed text first. Apply only the versions you want; the assistant never saves, schedules or publishes a post on its own.
Describe the post or choose an existing text to adapt.
Compare the draft or account versions and regenerate any one of them.
Keep full control by applying only the suggestions you approve.
Choose the accounts
Select one account, a few accounts or every relevant account. Nothing goes anywhere simply because it is connected—you choose the recipients for each post.
Useful when a post belongs on only some of your accounts.
Select a familiar group such as “Main brand” or “Weekly update” in one click.
Adjust only where needed
Every selected account begins with the shared post. Open an account preview only when its version needs different text, title, tags or another supported setting.
The adjustment is saved with the post, so it is still there when you return to edit or publish again.
Publish now or schedule
When everything looks right, choose the action that matches your day.
Save the latest content and send it to every selected account. You can also use Publish Now on one account preview when only that account should receive the post.
Choose one future date, time and timezone. The post appears in the Calendar and chronological List until it is sent.
Before processing begins, a scheduled post can be edited, moved to another time or returned to Draft by clearing its schedule.
What happens after you click Publish
Post.Social prepares the correct saved version for each selected account and sends the deliveries. One account having a problem does not erase the successful results from the others.
01
The text, media and settings being sent are recorded for each account.
02
Five selected accounts receive five independently tracked results.
03
Eligible network or connection failures may be retried automatically without creating another usage charge.
04
A successful delivery to one account counts as one publication. Failed attempts do not.
If nine accounts publish and one fails, you see nine successes and one clear failure—not one confusing result for the whole batch.
Review the results
History gives every account its own status. You can confirm successful posts, understand a failure and see the exact version that was sent without checking every app manually.
The next post is even faster
Your posts remain in a searchable library. Edit a draft, update a published post or duplicate an existing one as the starting point for a new campaign.
Find saved work by title or caption.
Copy a post with its media and account adjustments.
Make the necessary edits and create a fresh delivery.
For WordPress publishers
Use Post.Social directly, or connect an existing SNAP workflow without giving up the WordPress tools you already know.
Direct WordPress publishing
Connect the site, compose in Post.Social and publish a complete WordPress post with supported media, title, categories and tags.
Post.Social with SNAP
When a SNAP post is ready to go, SNAP sends the publishing request to Post.Social for the supported social accounts connected to that site. WordPress remains in control of its content and timing.

Yes. Save a draft with its uploads, selections and adjustments, then return whenever you are ready.
