Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the standards of conduct required when using PostSocial, operated by NextScripts Corp (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy is designed to protect our infrastructure, our customers, third-party social platforms, and the public. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activities.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, transmit, automate, or distribute through PostSocial any material or engage in any conduct that involves:

  • Unlawful acts and violence: Illegal content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), promotion of terrorism, hate speech, credible threats, harassment, or incitement of violent acts.
  • Fraud and deceptive practices: Phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation, multi-level deceptive schemes, financial scams, or intentional distribution of malware and spyware.
  • Spam and synthetic manipulation: Bulk unsolicited messaging, artificially inflated engagement, coordinated social manipulation, mass scraping, or creating redundant syndication networks designed to game algorithmic ranking.
  • Intellectual property and privacy violations: Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or violates individuals’ rights to privacy, likeness, or personal data without lawful authorization.
  • System tampering and security bypass: Circumventing platform limits, rate limits, tier gating, account restrictions, trial terms, or reverse engineering any component of the Service where prohibited by law.
  • Infrastructure abuse: Unauthorized vulnerability probing, denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, injection attacks, introducing harmful binaries, or causing degradation to PostSocial’s servers and networks.
  • Unauthorized account usage: Connecting, controlling, or auto-posting to any social profile, community, page, or account without express ownership or written authorization from the legitimate account holder.

2. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Rules

PostSocial acts as a delivery and publishing tool. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all published material strictly complies with the terms of service, developer terms, community guidelines, rate thresholds, and automation policies of each destination network (including Meta, X, LinkedIn, Telegram, and WordPress). The technical capability of PostSocial to deliver content to a destination does not constitute approval or license to publish that content.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

We do not proactively pre-screen all published content, but we reserve the right to review account activity upon receiving abuse reports, legal notices, or automated system anomaly alerts. We reserve the immediate right to:

  • Reject, halt, or discard scheduled transmissions.
  • Throttle, suspend, or terminate access to the Service without refund.
  • Revoke API tokens and disconnect linked social channels.
  • Preserve transactional logs and cooperate fully with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or aggrieved network providers following valid legal processes.
