This policy protects PostSocial, its users, third-party networks, and the public. You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal content or activity, threats, harassment, exploitation, or promotion of violence.
- Spam, deceptive engagement, impersonation, phishing, malware, or credential theft.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Attempts to evade network rules, rate limits, trial controls, access controls, or account restrictions.
- Unauthorized access, scanning, interference, denial of service, reverse engineering where prohibited, or distribution of malicious code.
- Use of accounts, bots, websites, or data without the owner’s authorization.
Platform rules
You must comply with the terms, content policies, automation rules, and technical limits of every destination you connect. A connection that PostSocial can technically make does not grant permission to publish particular content.
Enforcement
We may reject content, limit or suspend publishing, disconnect accounts, block purchases, preserve evidence, or terminate access when reasonably needed to investigate or stop abuse. We may cooperate with valid legal requests.
