Summary at a glance
- • Subscriptions: Cancel renewal anytime in 1 click from your Billing settings. You retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
- • Failed Posts: You never lose credits for failed publications or platform outages (only successful deliveries consume allowances).
- • Top-up Packs: One-time purchases remain valid as long as your paid plan is active and are non-refundable once activated.
Subscriptions and on-demand credit packages provide immediate access to the Post.Social publishing infrastructure, API connections, and scheduling queue. Because platform resources are provisioned on demand, Post.Social does not issue automatic refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription renewal at any time directly through your account dashboard under Billing Settings.
Cancellation takes effect immediately for future charges. Your current subscription and post allowances will remain fully active through the end of the paid billing period, and your account will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.
2. One-Time Top-Up Packages
Additional post packs are one-time add-on purchases available exclusively to active subscribers. They are not recurring subscriptions.
- Top-up credits never expire while your paid subscription remains active.
- Unused credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit transfers.
- If an account is deleted or closed permanently at the user’s request, all remaining unused credits cease to have effect.
3. Platform Failures & Publication Guarantees
Third-party social networks occasionally experience network timeouts, downtime, or rate-limiting:
Post.Social only deducts from your allowance upon confirmed, successful publication. Failed attempts, network errors, and automated system retries never consume your post balance. Because platform delivery failures do not result in lost post balance, temporary third-party API outages do not qualify for a refund.
4. Plan Changes, Upgrades & Grace Periods
- Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Billing proration is handled automatically via Stripe based on the remaining days of your billing cycle.
- Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, allowing you to use your current tier’s full capacity until then.
- Payment Failures: In the event of a failed recurring payment, a seven-day grace period is initiated. Updating your billing method during this period restores full publishing privileges and unfreezes your eligible purchased credits.
