This Privacy Policy explains how Nextscripts Corp (“we,” “us,” or “PostSocial”) collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use post.social, web.post.social, its APIs, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect account and profile details, authentication and security records, Project content and media, social-account identification and encrypted credentials, publication history, support communications, device and request information, and billing records needed to operate the service.
When you connect a provider, we receive account identifiers, display information, connection status, and tokens or credentials needed for the requested integration. Sensitive credentials are stored separately and encrypted at rest.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate Projects and publishing, deliver and troubleshoot Publications, process billing, prevent abuse, secure the service, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Providers and service processors
We share only information needed to deliver the service with social networks and connected websites, infrastructure and email providers, and Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles payment-card details; PostSocial does not store full card numbers.
Public content
Media URLs used for delivery are unlisted but publicly reachable, and content intentionally published to a Project Page or external destination may be public. Do not upload content that you are not authorized to publish.
Retention
Publication snapshots, normalized final status, account and network identification, relevant remote publication IDs, publication times, aggregate attempt information, and credit ledger records may be retained indefinitely for operational and financial audit.
Raw provider requests and responses, detailed technical logs, individual attempt payloads, login history, completed or revoked session records, and security or administrative audit logs are generally retained for 365 days. Active sessions remain until expiry or revocation.
Account deletion
You may request deletion. A 30-day cancellation period begins and the Workspace becomes read-only. At final deletion, personal profile, Projects, Posts, media, Public Pages, credentials, connections, and sessions are deleted or anonymized, subject to legal holds and minimized financial or legal records that must be retained.
Your choices
You can update profile information, disconnect accounts, manage sessions, and request account deletion in the application. Privacy requests may be sent to the contact below. Applicable rights depend on your location.
Security and international processing
We use technical and organizational controls appropriate to the service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
