Pricing FAQ

What counts as one post?

One successful delivery to one connected account counts as one post. Sending the same content to five accounts uses five posts from the corresponding allowances.

Do failed posts use my allowance?

No. Posts use your allowance only after successful delivery. Failed attempts and automatic retries do not consume posts.

Do unused posts roll over?

Posts included with a plan reset at the start of each monthly allowance period and do not roll over. Additional posts purchased separately remain available while your paid subscription is active.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade immediately or cancel renewal from Billing. After cancellation, your current plan remains active through the end of the paid period.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Publishing pauses until you choose a paid plan. Your account, Projects, connected accounts and saved content remain available.

Can I explore Post.Social without starting the trial?

Yes. Creating an account does not start the trial. You can create Projects and connect accounts first, then start the trial when you are ready to publish.
