These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PostSocial. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. One hidden personal Workspace is created for each User in the first release.
The service
PostSocial provides Project-scoped tools for connecting supported destinations, creating content, publishing now or later, reviewing delivery history, operating a Reposter, maintaining a Public Page, and integrating eligible SNAP sites. Features may depend on third-party networks and their rules.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, transform, transmit, and display it as you direct. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content, accounts, sites, and audiences you use.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans are recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. Included allowance resets on subscription-anchored monthly entitlement periods and does not roll over. One-time additional credit packages may be purchased only with an active paid subscription and are used after included allowance. A successful delivery to one destination counts as one Publication. Failed attempts and retries do not consume additional allowance.
Trial, renewal, and cancellation
The ordinary web trial lasts 14 days, requires no card, and is available once per Workspace. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payment failure may begin a seven-day grace period before the Workspace becomes read-only.
Acceptable use and third parties
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the rules of every connected social network or website. We are not responsible for third-party services, account suspensions, API changes, or content decisions made by those services.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features, enforce reasonable limits, or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party platform actions. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse, security risk, or nonpayment. Sections that by nature should survive termination continue to apply.
