These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PostSocial, operated by NextScripts Corp (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related legal policies.
1. Eligibility and Account Security
You must be of legal age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. In initial releases, a single private Workspace is provisioned for each User account.
2. The Service and Scope
PostSocial provides Project-based publishing tools for connecting supported destinations, managing and scheduling content, tracking publication delivery, operating automated Reposter workflows, hosting Public Pages, and integrating eligible SNAP sites. Service features inherently rely on third-party APIs and network availability.
3. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all text, images, media, and data you submit (“Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license strictly necessary to host, process, format, transmit, and syndicate your Content as directed. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and authorizations to post your Content across every connected destination.
4. Subscriptions, Allowances, and Credits
Paid plans are billed as recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. Included publication allowances reset on subscription-anchored billing cycles and do not roll over to subsequent periods. Optional non-expiring credit packages may be purchased during an active paid subscription and are debited only after the monthly plan allowance is exhausted. A successful transmission to a single target destination counts as one Publication; failed attempts and automated retry runs do not consume credits.
5. Trials, Renewals, and Cancellations
A standard 14-day free trial is available once per Workspace with no credit card required. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period. If recurring payment fails, a seven-day grace period applies before the Workspace enters a restricted read-only mode.
6. Acceptable Use and Third-Party Networks
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy as well as the terms, developer standards, and rate limits of each connected third-party platform. NextScripts Corp is not liable for actions taken by third-party services, including account terminations, rate-limiting, API deprecations, or content moderation decisions.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
While we strive for high uptime and reliability, the Service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. We reserve the right to deploy updates, alter or deprecate features, apply rate limits, or temporarily restrict access to safeguard system integrity.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostSocial is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NextScripts Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost revenue, lost data, or downtime resulting from third-party platform interruptions.
9. Termination and Account Deletion
You may discontinue use and request account deletion at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches of these Terms, abusive conduct, security threats, or non-payment. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits survive account termination.
