Reporting infringement
Send a clear written notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If material you provided was restricted because of an infringement report and you believe that action was mistaken, contact us with identification of the material, the basis for your position, your contact details, and any statements required by applicable law.
Repeat infringement and misuse
We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in repeated infringement. Knowingly false or abusive notices may create legal liability. This policy does not designate an agent or legal process beyond what has been formally established.
