Reporting Infringement

Counter-Notices

If material you posted was restricted or removed due to an infringement report, and you believe this action was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notice.

Your counter-notice must identify the specific material removed, the factual or legal basis for your position, your complete contact details, consent to applicable jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature as required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringement and Misuse

We maintain a strict policy of restricting, suspending, or permanently terminating accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Please note that submitting knowingly false, misleading, or bad-faith notices of infringement may expose the submitting party to legal liability and financial damages. This policy does not designate an agent or legal process beyond what has been formally established under statutory requirements.
