FAQ
Questions, answered clearly
Find the practical details behind projects, account connections, publications, allowance, scheduling, and SNAP.
What counts as a publication?
One successful delivery to one social account counts as one publication. Sending the same post to five accounts creates five publications.
Can I connect unlimited social accounts?
Yes. Plans limit successful monthly publications, not the number of Projects or connected social accounts.
How do I connect my social accounts?
For most supported social networks, Post.Social guides you through a secure sign-in and authorization process. Telegram and WordPress use their own connection details. You only need to follow the steps shown for the account you choose.
Do failed attempts use credits?
No. A post counts against your plan only after it is delivered successfully. Automatic retries do not count twice.
What happens when my monthly allowance runs out?
While your paid subscription is active, you can buy a one-time package of additional posts. It does not create another subscription.
Does the trial require a payment card?
No. You can try Post.Social for 14 days without entering payment-card details.
Can I schedule posts?
Yes. Choose the date and time, and Post.Social will send the post to your selected accounts.
How does SNAP work with PostSocial?
Connect an eligible WordPress site running SNAP, then use the supported social accounts connected through Post.Social. Your WordPress posts, schedules, and SNAP Reposter remain in WordPress.
